Your main task will be complex support to a board member – such as organising meetings, managing Schedule etc. Further you will be responsible for organisation of office activities and cooperation with office assistants. You will also take a part in budget planning and granting activities.
An ideal candidate should have high school education, minimum 4 -year experience from relevant position from international company and outstanding knowledge of MS Excel. Experience with budget planning is a must as well as fluent English. We are looking for a proactive, costumer-oriented candidate, who is detail oriented and is able to multitask.
