You will be responsible for establishing service level agreement, sourcing candidates through cold calling, direct sourcing, networking, Internet searches, database searches and other methods to attract top talent as well as screening resumes to determine preliminary matches, conducting phone interviews and/or initial in person interviews to qualify candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
Besides, you will also enter and move all candidates through the process in the applicant tracking system, schedule interviews using, post open positions on internet sites and internal website.
You will be a partner with internal Recruiting Team, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers.
As a successful candidate, you should have previous experience at technology recruitment and knowledge of the talent market and the software / tech industry, proven direct sourcing skills and strong attention to detail.
