As Project Coordinator you will process customers’ requests for connecting a new service or a change of an existing one by ensuring the client as the various project activities are carried out effectively. You need to have direct communication with external customers during the whole project. You should proactively develop and maintain customers’ relationships. You will deal with internal teams assigned for the project in order to deliver the service on time and required quality. You need to be responsible for time management of the project and fulfillment of the requested delivery times. Your task includes also order processing, data monitoring and its updates in the internal system
To be the successful candidate you should speak on advanced level in Italian AND English. You don’t need to have previous work experience, but we require excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with strong focus on customer. You need to have a business thinking and global view to the project.
