Our client, a leading gas and electricity supplier, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join their team. Reporting directly to the Country manager the successful candidate will see over the divisions of key account and retail. We are looking for a resourceful, inspiring and visionary candidate whose motivation is to participate in a more massive and stronger penetration of the Czech market and possible expansion outside the Czech Republic.
With at least 10 years of experience the candidate has to demonstrate a proven track record with managing people and securing the annual turnover of at least 1,5 bn CZK. Previous experience in the energy sector is a huge advantage, but not a must. The client wants someone who will actively come up with new business models, ideas and visions, even if only 10% of these should materialize.
To maintain the excellent reputation, the successful candidate must be able to spot opportunities and build credibility in their sales, taking a proactive approach to stay informed on industry and client activities, thereby creating successful marketing models. Being part of an international corporation, the fluent knowledge of English language is absolutely essential as it is the corporate language.
