Procurement/ Supply chain manager from Shared service center

For our very important client, shared service center with office in Prague, we are looking for suitable candidates for Procurement –Supply chain manager
Responsibilities
• driving global projects and initiatives within Global Shared Services in Supply Chain Management Services (order processing, tactical sourcing and other topics)
• responsibility for rollout and implementation of these projects in all Global Shared Services Delivery Centers according to budget and timeline
• managing projects independently from initiation to closure
• identifying opportunities for process improvements and establishing of business cases that result in productivity increase within the delivery centers and cost reduction for the customers
• Driving standardization in core customer and Delivery Center processes while understanding and considering each delivery center’s unique requirements
• clearly communication of expectations and results to team members and stake holdem
• resolving of issues and problems throughout the project life cycle and escalate as necessary
• acting as a mediator between Global Shared Services Head Quarter and Delivery Center
Requirements
We require minimum of 5 years in a Supply Chain Management Shared Services or other Supply Chain Management role, project management experience is a plus, strong understanding of entire Order-to-cash process with emphasis on the Procure-to-Pay, decision making, ability to think „outside the box“, strong communication and organizational skills, detail orientation etc
