At this position you will be responsible for processing general accounting operations such as AP/AR, payments, bank statements and petty cash. You will also create credit checks, maintain contract database and reporting various indicators on a regular basis. Regarding HR agenda you will be responsible for employment contracts, employee benefits, maintaining attendance sheets and ensure compliance with internal guidelines. Cooperation with payroll and IT departments and tax advisors is also a very important part of this work.
A suitable candidate must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field of accounting and very good orientation in an HR area (knowledge of terms and general employment processes). Good English, fluent Czech and advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are essential for this position.
