Production Engineer

Main Duties:

• The position is part of the Technical department of company
• Responsible for designing lean Production processes and Layouts.
• Knowledge to understand dependences between product design and drivers in the production processes.
• Ability to work with individual task and to enter cross functional projects.
• Participation in meetings concerning the technical or/and quality issues of the factory and its development. What we are looking for:
• You are a pro-active, highly motivated and a self-driven team player who works effectively in international cross-functional teams.
• You have an education as Electronic Engineer (B.Sc or M.Sc level) and have a fundamental interest in Physics and Electronics
• It is highly preferred that you have at least 5 years of experience with design, test and validation of HW.
• You have the passion regarding engineering, and the ability to immerse and systematically find solutions on difficult and complex problems.
• You are assertive, and constructively challenge specifications/actions and initiate and drive improvements.
• You have strong communication skills (also in English) which enable you to reach win-win agreements with local colleagues as well as our global development teams.
• You solve tasks with a structured and methodical approach.

Personal Profile:

• University or High school education (Mechanical, Electrical engineering)
• Experience in Production Engineering (yield, scrap, 8D, FMEA, 6Sigma and other relevant tools).
• Knowledge of routing time determination (MOST).
• Familiar with SAP Process (Routings / BOMs).
• Familiar with APQP approach, PPAP completion and documentation.
• Good knowledge of English language.
