We are currently recruiting for a „Clinical Research Associate Manager“ for our great client PH company.
On this position you will be responsible mainly for the line management, selection, motivating, coaching, training and developing the team, workload and performance management of Clinical Research Associates in the country.
CRA Manager provide supervision of activities – goal setting, performance evaluation, open and candid feedback and ongoing training.In addition you will cover some main tasks of Senior Clinical Research Associate like monitor the investigator site, ensure that high quality data is generated atd.
Responsibilities on this position are adhere to international, local and internal requirements in the planning, conduct and reporting of clinical trials, developing relationships with opinion leaders, mentor and train junior clinical team members.
