For our client, a company that provides IT solutions, I am looking for experienced BI Specialist
This position is open for an experienced specialist with knowledge of Data Warehouse design, business intelligence technology and operation of large databases. Person applying to this position should be well experienced in gathering of BI requirements, designing BI solution architecture, preparing tasks for developers and managing of small team. These projects allow to you to work with complex BI solutions using latest MS BI technologies and cooperate with the team of our skilled BI developers.
You will be responsible for:
Development of existing solution(s) using SQL Server Database Engine
Development of existing solution(s) using SQL Server Analysis Services
Development of existing solution(s) using SQL Server Integration Services
Development of existing solution(s) using SQL Reporting Services
Solution deployment and participation in definition of project architecture
Analysis of requirements and issues from the customer
Composition of comprehensive technical specifications following the selected methodology
Contact with customers outside the Czech Republic with a possibility to travel regularly
Requirements:
Very good knowledge of MS SQL Server Database Engine (at least 3-5 years)
Very good knowledge of MS SSAS, SSIS, SSRS (at least 2 years)
Experience with Data Warehouse projects (at least 2 years)
Good knowledge of software development methodologies and experience with requirements gathering and analysis
Good knowledge of UML and modelling tools
Fluent English
Secondary or university education, preferably IT/technical orientation
Advantages:

Experience with SharePoint Server 2010
