Main job role and responsibilities:
- Responsibility for key client in both CZ, SK region, providing professional and compact customer care (distributors, dealers,…)
- Development of business plans, and coordination of sales presentations to ensure adequate sales service
- Work within the organisation to implement improvement plans
- Planning, monitoring and reporting of significant sales activities
- Research a understanding trends in the industry, markets, and the competition in order to provide the best products and services to the customer.
- Establish a network within the company and customer.
- Track all sales for customer group and forecast customer demand.
- Update of customers database
- Cooperation, coordination of sell in and sell out actions and events for customers
- Support and cooperation with other departments, mostly marketing
- Coordinates the actions of the back-office
Expected experience and qualification:
- Previous experience as a Key Account Manager in Automotive industry (spare parts, pneumatics...) 3 years or more
- English – upper-intermediate or higher, Czech – fluent speaker.
- Very good communication skills, independence
- Proven sales experience in order to deal with people and negotiate business conditions
- Technical skills and knowledge of automotive market and products
- Driving license B – active driver
