In this position you will be responsible mainly for following duties:
Preparing general meetings and associated resolutions, coordination of the corporate governance, internal procedures and police. Preparing, drafting and assisting with the negotiation of legal documentation, including in respect of real estate and lease related matters, financing and development projects, implementing and monitoring the use of day-to-day corporate documents such as PoAs and registration documentation for corporate matters. Suitable candidate will be in charge with coordination of the corporate governance, internal procedures and police and he/she will work with the Group Legal Counsel, Country Heads, treasury and finance in understanding and monitoring bank covenants.
Candidate must have University Degree in relevant subject, appropriate legal qualifications, Practical legal experience of at least three years, excellent spoken and written English skills and a thorough understanding of the English language, and knowledge of MS Office Proficient.
