We are looking for Diagnostic Product Support Specialist to their newly created Customer Support Centre based in Warsaw.
You will be working in an international team which will cover the customer support regarding assigned company products by phone and email.
Occasionally you will be also involved also on tasks such as: maintenance, easy repairs, installations, confirmation of installed system and performing system presentations.
Required is: university degree in chemistry, biology or similar, experience in laboratory or technical environment at least 6 months, fluent Czech OR Slovak - native speakers needed, knowledge of English language is a must too.
