For my client, the international financial institution, I am looking for Application Support Specialist
You will be responsible for:
2nd level technical support of internal finance applications
Analysis and troubleshooting application operations
Application monitoring
Participate in on-call duty, shift rota and weekend/bank holiday support when required
Requirements:
Experience in an application support role
English fluently spoken and written, German would be advantageous
High service and customer orientation
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication and team skills as well as high resistance to stress
Good knowledge and experience with MSSQL databases and database query
Good Unix knowledge
