International reputable company selling products and services across industrial market, is looking for Channel Manager Senior / Channel Supervisor to cover sales through channel partners with accordance of internal brand policy and internal establishment.
developing the marketing strategy for selected channels
evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements
analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
create and implement sales methods for selling and servicing customers
educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered
stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities
develop process improvements to optimise partner management activities
work with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricing
leading of the industrial channel team
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in channel management and trade marketing with B2B,B2C (5 years min.)
University degree
Fluent Czech, advanced English (spoken and written)
Experience with project management and leadership of distribution channel
Understanding of financial tools and business methods
Result orientation, Proactive approach, team player
Proven leadership skills
Analytical, strategic and organizational skills
