Main tasks
- Be responsible for all assigned commercial activities in the region
- To secure new business by developing and expanding a customer base - For fleets in close cooperation with the European Fleet Sales Manager
- To secure new business opportunities by developing and evaluating information on targeted sales and creating a strategy
- To manage the sales department and signal market opportunities
- Be responsible for developing dealers relationships and implementation of effective sales programmes for assigned dealers
- To effectively represent the company towards customers, authorities and financial institutions, competitors and trade associations, and to promote a favourable image of the brand
- Be responsible for Profit & Loss of the subsidiary
- Be responsible for legal, accounting and regulatory issues of the subsidiary
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in business or related field
- 5 to 8 years financial sales or services sales experience, preferably at a national level and in the transport business
- Demonstrated ability, through various assignments and experience in related areas of responsibilities, gained through a minimum of 5 years
- Knowledge of the local legislation
- Strong knowledge of financial leasing products & services, procedures, policies and strategy
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Leadership skills and teamplayer
- Fluent English language, verbally and in writing
