Hays Engineering is currently looking for an ambitious candidate to become a part of a strong team for the role of a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT.
Main responsibilities will cover identifying, approaching and interviewing suitable candidates on the market, presenting their profiles to attract various customers, organizing client interviews and providing constructive feedbacks to both parties. You will be in charge of developing relationships with clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities, preparing adverts, monthly reporting and close cross-divisional cooperation.
The suitable candidate should meet following criteria: At least one year experience at similar role or position in sales, knowledge of the Engineering industry and developed business contacts within the described area, fluency in English, very good presentations skills, positive approach, open-minded personality eager to drive the business.
