Our client is original pharmaceutical company based in Prague and we are looking for new member to join our team.
You will responsible provide support to Clinical team and also to participate with start up activities.
We are looking for candidates with since degree and ideal candidates will have minimum of 1 year’s experience in clinical trial from CRO or Pharmaceutical industry.
You will responsible for all administrative activities associated with the management of a clinical trial. tracking, transcription of meeting minutes, kick-off meeting preparation, team calendar maintenance, design and distribution of newsletters, periodic audits of study files and other duties as required by the individual study. Assists in planning, scheduling, and maintaining documentation of study-specific training. Assists with mailings and regular mailings (reports, consent packets) to health care providers and patients as applicable. Assist in the design of study tracking reports such as patient enrolment reports and graphs. Assist with the ongoing tracking of patients, sites, case report forms, and other documents. Performs all other related duties as assigned.
We are looking for candidates with since degree and ideal candidates will have minimum of 1 year’s clinical trial experience. Should have attention to detail and good proofreading skills. Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint. Also should be familiar with medical terminology and speak English
