Our client is a global company and a major player in the world market. We look for leaders eager to contribute to the development of the company centre of financial services located in Eastern Slovakia.
The role holder is responsible for leading teams providing specific accounting operations (e.g. GL, AP,Reporting) and preparing consolidated reporting. The Manager is also responsible for continuous improvement of current processes. Ensures completeness, accuracy and timeliness of services provided by the accounting teams. Ensures consistency to corporate policies, GAAP and IFRS. Provides reporting of KPIs, SLAs to upper management.
The successful candidate must speak fluent English and has proven experience leading a finance team.She/he has strong knowledge of GL, AP processes and reporting. Lean / Six Sigma qualification and university degree is preferred.
