Our client is a leading consultancy in BI reporting; they provide systems, tools and reporting consultancy to top corporate clients. They are a Czech company with a strong reputation on the market as a leader in the field of corporate performance management systems and BI consulting. Their clients are top international corporate firms in a variety of sectors (industry, finance and more).
For their project teams we are looking for:
REPORTING CONSULTANT – BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (REF: WEDI)
Responsibilities:
Be a consultant with top corporate clients and provide BI reporting; automated, regular and ad-hoc reports. These reports can include business areas such as planning, forecasting, business performance, KPIs, and more. Analyse the client’s needs, prepare report templates/prototypes and implement them for use for top management in finance, banking corporate, as well as other industries.
Work with BI platforms such as Cognos, SAP BusinessObjects BI, Informatica and Teradata. Use SQL to acquire data and ETL processes to set up the information required for reporting. Be representative on the client side and provide professional consulting.
We require:
• University Education from a technical / IT background
• Solid background in database and data warehouse systems
• Solid understanding of SQL and SQL queries
• Exposure to BI platforms such as Cognos, SAP BusinessObjects BI, Informatica and Teradata is an advantage for this role
• Experience with reporting on BI platforms will also be a strong advantage
• English language on a good, communicative level
• Representative person with professional approach work and client presentation
• Drive to succeed, learn new technologies and processes
• Driving license
