RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Effectively communicate project expectation to team members in a timely and clear fashion satisfaction
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Coordinate all activities within the scope of the project and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestone
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Motivate and supervise project team members, influence them to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work
• Coordinating, leading and couching of a team of specialists and IT developers to implement project tasks
• Defines designs activities, starting from existing solutions
• Provides the interface and maintains a confident relationship with other contributors to the project
• Regularly reports project progress to superior
• Contributes to improving and developing systems
• Work with representatives of departments in pursuing common goals
• Representing company projects in CSEE region
• Collaborating on projects with other countries of CSEE region
