MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategic customer business plans to achieve annual volume and profit objectives
- Responsible for sales, profitability and implementation of 5P's strategy
- Maintain support between retailers or service providers
- Coordinate and lead the execution of customer appointments in presenting new products, programs, pricing, and general management of our business.
- Communicate account priorities and engage the cross functional team to drive business results.
- Managing and setting the team’s objectives, support and communication within team of key account managers
- Leading the team of KAM
- Responsibility for modern trade
- Developing a network of contacts throughout the customer organization
- Identifying the short-term business needs and objectives of key contacts, ensure effective business development
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have previous account experience, minimum of 5 years experience with a major retailer
- Ability to work and lead cross-functional teams
- Project Management
- Communication Skills (written & verbal)
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Brings Innovation and Growth Ideas
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to travel approx. 20% - 40%
