In this role you will be:
- responsible for a smooth running of the office
• administrative support to Managing Director
• dealing and negotiating with suppliers & various authorities
• setting up processes & internal database
- communicating with clients - tenants
• technical & customer support
- representing company in business meetings
We are looking for person who:
- has professional & mature personality
- is flexible and stress resistant
- posesses very good communicaton & negotiation skills
- has an extensive experience with multi-tasking, organisation & coordination of projects
- enjoys variety of tasks and new challenges
- has pro-active work approach
- is independent and reliable
- is great in prioritization
- has fluent English & Czech language
