You will provide complete customer service on phone, e-mail and fax for mainly native German speaking customers regarding flight tickets, air-flight schedules and other related services. You will also support travel agencies and answering their queries.
You are the ideal candidate if you have advanced/fluent German language knowledge AND English is at least upper-intermediate level. You don´t need previous work experience, but you should prove excellent communication skill and high customer service attitude.
This job is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and for candidates who have already some experience, but want to try a different customer service job.
