CS Assistant with English and Hungarian in Uzice u Kralup

For our client, international company, the largest logistical service provider for returnable and reusable packing, we are looking for suitable candidates for a position of Customer Service Assistant with English and Hungarian located in Úžice u Kralup.
Responsibilities:
On this position you will be responsible for delivery and collecting orders. Also you will execute administrative tasks, you will supported logistics and commercial department and produce reports on requests. You will administrate customers accounts and contracts and take active part in all activities related to customer support.
Requirements:
Suitable candidate should have ideally minimum secondary education and at least 1 year experience in Customer Services, preferably within logistics. Knowledge of English and Hungarian is a must as well as using MS Software especially Excel. We are looking for an independent and responsible candidate with strong communication and presentation skills and ability to build relationships, person that is goal oriented, flexible and able to cooperate in the team.
