As Project Coordinator you will process customers’ requests for connecting a new service or a change of an existing one by ensuring the client as the various project activities are carried out effectively. You need to have direct communication with external customers during the whole project. You will deal with internal teams assigned for the project in order to deliver the service on time and required quality. You need to be responsible for time management of the project and fulfilment of the requested delivery times. Your task includes also order processing, data monitoring and its updates in the internal system.
To be the successful candidate you should speak on advanced/fluent level in French AND at least upper-intermediate/advanced level in English. You don’t need to have previous work experience, but we require excellent communication skills and customer focused attitude.
