Selected candidate will cooperate with the EMEA Compensation and Benefit Manager to develop and implement effective Com&Ben programs and processes for employee within the EMEA region, identify market trends to monitor competitiveness of compensation programs, model cost implication and recommend innovative and effective compensation programs, develop training and communication programs in partnership with the regional HR leaders to deliver compensation roll-outs. At this position the candidate will also identify and track all benefits programs, oversee administration and he/she will provide direction for benefit program premium remittance process.
We required at least 5 years Com&Ben experience at Management level with international Compensation and Benefits practices, strong numerical and analytical skills, advanced MS Office, knowledge of compensation & benefits reporting tools and a knowledge of HR Information System is a advantage. In regards to personality we search for the candidate with excellent communication and influencing skills with ability to work in a complex challenging and sensitive environment.
