JAVA/J2EE DEVELOPER (REF: WEDI)
Responsibilities:
As a Java Developer your role will be to drive and coordinate your own activities in Java development in Java/J2EE! You will be supporting the development of solutions on the client side, and represent our consultancy with professional representation and high quality development. You will largely be working on Java/J2EE technology, working according to client specifications or according to other specifications.
Implement new application functionality! Conduct change requests, test existing systems and fresh functionality for deployment into the production environment. You will need to cooperate and communicate with other development teams to realise and conclude projects!
We require:
• University Education from Informatics or technical field
• 1 years+ professional development experience in Java
• Experience with applications in Java and J2EE and solid knowledge of these technologies
• Experience with applications in Java (JSP, Servlets, EJB, JMS, Swing)
• Experience with SQL
• Knowledge of UML
• Knowledge with at least one application server (for example IBM WebSphere, BEA WebLogic, Oracle AS, JBoss, Tomcat)
• At least communicative English language
• Self-motivated team player
