Your daily job is to handle phone calls from native German customers, solving problems and also escalate their issues to the technical team. During the process you are entering everything into the system and making a good cooperation with the team. ¨
You must have fluent or at least advanced German and minimum upper-intermediate English knowledge to be the successful candidate.
You don´t need previous work experience, but you should be a customer oriented person with excellent communication skill.
