Our client international company is seeking for RECRUITMENT HEAD CE. Selected candidate will be responsible for creation new staffing plan in line of business priorities, for performance management, providing support to managers to ensure annual performance review cycles work effectively, she will be also responsible for employee and career development, compensation and benefits, labour relation and strategic HR. He/she will support divisions objectives within the framework of the organization overall corporate policies, plans and programs.
Selected candidate will have to have experience from the position of HR Manager for min. 5 years from international company, recruitment IT roles, reaches advanced level in English and Czech. Experience or working in the IT industry is a big advantage. In regards to personality we seek a communicative, dynamic, very well organized person with leadership skills and ability to work independently and under pressure.
