Responsibilities:
On this position you will support and advice the management on HR policies and procedures that comply with the latest labour legislation and standards with the purpose to optimise personnel planning and performance and ensure the HR administration is accurate and efficiently executed with the purpose to provide the management and employees maximum service.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of HR MANAGEMENT experience, extended knowledge of the labour market, common labour practice and labour legislation in CEE countries, Experience in Green Field projects and TUPE processes, Excellent English, Czech and Slovak ( Polish and Hungarian is a plus).
