NETWORK SPECIALIST-VoIP

In this job you will be responsible for ensuring, maintaining and enhancing the performance of global customer networks in order to deliver customer satisfaction and generate potential additional revenue. You will coordinate and manage performance, SLA compliance and risk mitigation of existing customer network. You should also define, review and improve support requirements for specific customer networks and consult it with clients. You will manage individual complex technical incidents and problems impacting customers’ service availability and escalation of incidents to appropriate levels. You will develop and project-manage Service Improvement Plans for customers. You will also highlight all technical risks to the Service Program Manager and the customer and make sure a risk mitigation strategy is put in place where applicable.

You must have in-depth telecommunication network knowledge, especially from the field of VoIP/managed hosting/managed security service/LAN management/Solution Services. You should have maximum 2-3 years of experience in technical program or service management field, or as Network Specialist/Support from the telecommunication. CCNA or equivalent is an advantage, must be completed in 6 months time after start date. Due to the international environment you must speak fluent or at least advanced level on English. You should have excellent communication and presentation skill and customer service attitude.
