Are you a driven sales professional who would to drive forward a brand new business division within a global recruitment company? Do you have what is takes to build a portfolio of corporate clients who seek a competitive alternative to expensive IT headcount costs? We are looking for a highly motivated professional to go out to the market and bring in clients as well as coordinate IT Temporary Staffing projects. Can you be the right person for the following role: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – IT TEMPORARY STAFFING (REF: WEDI)

Responsibilities:

Hays are looking to launch IT Temporary Staffing in the Czech Republic! This means building a client base of corporate firms interested in an alternative source of IT professionals. You will need to be in touch with key decision makers across the market; having regular meetings with CIOs, CTOs, HR Management and more to create a demand for our product. You need to breathe the IT market and create a name for yourself and for Hays IT Temporary Staffing. You need to bring a personal touch to the business.

As you create the demand for our product, you will coordinate the activity of a researcher who will source and expand a pool of IT professionals. From this pool, your small but dedicated team will source these professionals to your clients. Each temporary project will be different; you will need to deliver top-of-the-market representation, conduct needs analysis and have a strong understanding of the clients’ needs. With speed, accuracy and attention to detail, be in communication with your candidate pool and deliver IT professionals to your client projects.

You can expect to take P&L responsibility and play a key role in expanding our brand on the Czech market!

We require:

• University Education from IT or Economic background strongly preferred
• Solid background/knowledge of the Czech IT market is needed here
• Ideal candidates will have experience in recruitment and IT, or a strong sales track record within this area
• A driven, target orientated sales personality is a must!
• A track record in business development
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent work management skills
• Native Czech speaker, fluent English (daily communication)
• Team spirit, team player essential
