In this job you will advise internal customers and define specifications for required low value goods/services. In close cooperation with the sourcing community you will select a preferred supplier and give feedback to the internal customer. You will execute the purchasing process in accordance with corporate purchase processes. You need to clarify the outstanding orders, check the delivery date and provide feedback to the internal customer. Treat and dispatch requests for products/services of internal customers in line with standard procedures. You should support clarification of invoices in respect of orders. You will reject and change purchase orders. You will have data system maintenance tasks and occasionally you need to generate reports
You must speak at least on advanced level in one of the following languages: Swedish OR Norwegian OR Danish. Very good English knowledge is also must for this position. You don´t need previous work experience, but ideally you graduated in procurement, economics or achieved equivalent gained knowledge. You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and other IT applications – e-purchasing experience would be advantage. To be successful on this job you have good interpersonal and communication skills,result-oriented, problem solving, decision and execution focused person.
