Come to taste a Korean cuisine which is known for its tasty and healthy reputation among Asian cuisines. The Korean food usually consists of many side dishes full of diverse taste and aroma. Main ingredients are namely rice and rice noodles, vegetables, seafood, meat, mushrooms or soya. Garlic and ginger spice give and specific flavour and aroma to all dishes.
The traditional Korean dishes will be prepared by the head chefs from the renowned Korean restaurants of the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas & InterContinental Seoul Coex hotels. Specialties will be served in the form of a la carte.
