Sourcing Specialist

We are currently seeking a Sourcing Specialist for Branch in the area of Brno. We are looking for a forward thinking and highly motivated candidate. If you like demanding challenges and are looking for a career within an international company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Examining and improvement of current purchasing and logistic channels
• Evaluating of reports and statistic to optimise purchase strategy
• Sourcing, analyses and preparing of quotes for key account projects
• Solving of sourcing issues with branches or vendors
• Examining and getting insight into the conditions on fasteners market and staying up to date with developments
• Identification of potential business partners and dealing with them, making contracts
• Managing and driving a culture of excellence in customer service and high process-quality
We require:
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English is compulsory (company language)
• Very good computer skills – especially MS Excel
• Experience in Fasteners business
• Strong leadership qualities - service oriented
• University degree or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• An interest in career advancement
• The ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a team environment
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong Organizational skills
• Keen attention to detail
