For our significant client, an international company located in Prague, we are seeking for suitable candidates for a role of IS Support Analyst.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first & second level application and technical support to local users. As well as implementation of defined PC, Server & LAN configurations to meet global & EMEA I.S. strategic & technical policies are essential. The IS Support Analyst must be able to bring mature user support. Will maintain a stable & secure LAN, Servers & PC Client environment in line with company`s policies including all security, anti virus & firewall facilities.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in user support and must have good knowledge of MS Operating Systems / Applications and networking. He / she should be available perform hardware diagnostics, be able to solve problems efficiently with the necessary priority. We are looking for someone who is able to understand of what technology is available and how it can help and who is able to interact effectively with others and can train the users. English is a must.
