OVERVIEW:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working as a Full-Time Lean Implementer, you will work as part of Europe’s Implementation Team. You will be involved with new and existing customer implementations starting with initial the process mapping (evaluating the customer opportunity), developing and presenting a service model, concluding with the physical implementation of the service model.
This person will be working directly with customers, internal branches across Europe while reporting to the European Implementations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally
- Possessing the ability to adapt to a wide variety of environments
- Assisting in site level assessments
- Demonstrating the ability to carve out and find new products to sell to contractors
- Demonstrating the ability to work with Design and various types of construction companies
- Maintaining business with current construction based customers and target new customers
- Developing and executing a sales plan in the local territory to meet/exceed sales goals
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The skills and qualifications required for this position include:
- Organized; Self Starter
- Comfortable making High Level, Group Sales Presentations, job site sales calls
- Proficient with: Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability and Willingness to travel 50% + - some overnight required
