Responsibilities:
You, as a suitable candidate with experience in Team leading and customer service in SSC, will be responsible the customer service daily activities plus leading of a team in CEE region. You will deal with customers and handle all order to cash activities. You will be in touch with sales and will improve the processes, report, deal with complaints etc.
Requirements:
Suitable candidate should have preferably university degree, must have at least 2 years previous experience in a customer service roll in an SSC plus at least 2 years of leadership experience - a MUST!
Excellent English and Czech is required, a big advantage would be knowledge of Hungarian or Polish.
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible person with customer orientation, effective handling of difficult customers and employee situations. Very good communication and organizational skills and ability to handle multi-task activities in fast international environment. Suitable candidate should be independent, responsible, very good in work with PC and information systems, able to solve various unexpected situation and occurred problems and able to work under pressure. Immediate start is preferably.
