We are looking for experienced candidates to build our client’s international team of experts. This team is to be responsible for aligning IT with the business on the strategic priorities delivery, managing contingency etc. Technologies are mainly in MS environment and it is essential for candidates to have a strong working knowledge in this area. The team will be also involved in the set up of similar centres in other locations across the Europe.
The most important tasks and duties are to:
build and monitor infrastructure (servers, network, storage etc.),
implement and operate data back up and restore processes
ensure patch & incident management
create of appropriate documentation
develop and maintain vendor relationships
participate on the decision-making processes
report activities and taken actions
Ideal candidate profile is: experienced in mentioned areas ideally at international environment, having broad knowledge of IT services & deep technical experience, familiar with networks, protocols etc., capacity and performance management expert, proficient with remote administration and support, advanced English speaker. Knowledge of ITIL, server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage, backup and security is a plus. Microsoft certifications are more than welcome.
