Requirements:
• BA degree, preferably in economics advantage
• Experience with preparation of payroll data - minimum of 2 years in HR or Payroll Department
• Knowledge of legal and taxation regulations related to compensation and payroll
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Good analytical skills
• Experience with expatriate payroll and expatriate benefits is an advantage
• Client service approach and good communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Gathers and processes all data relevant for payroll.
• Keeps compensation data in the personnel database and optimizes the database set-up based on reporting.
• Prepares reports and payroll data for external processing. Communicates with the external provider of payroll data processing and colleagues in other departments and sections.
• Advises faculty and staff on payroll related questions.
• Prepares salary confirmation letters and forms for external purposes for employees.
