Our client is expanding international retail company focused on elegant and attractive fashion clothes with strong vision to sale timeless fashion for independent women. They would like to recruit talented people, who are interested in sales and fashion trends. This is a chance for experienced Store Managers to build up their career within good brand.
STORES LOCATED IN PRAGUE
START DATE: 1.12.2013
As a store manager you act as a role model and a driving force in the store. You are responsible for the management, the work schedule and staff motivation and likewise you ensure a structured and goal-oriented process. You take on responsibility for the implementation of measures to reach sales targets, ensure optimal customer service and merchandise presentation. You have good leadership skills and decision-making qualities, you work independently and communicate with the responsible area manager and the purchasing department.
Main job tasks:
• Achievement of sales targets and implementation of sales boosting measures
• Providing optimal customer service
• Ensuring a proper operation
• Management and development of your employees
• Managerial leadership of the store
Your qualifications:
• Completed apprenticeship in the retail trade or commercial apprenticeship
• Knowledge of market and industry
• Management experience
• Experience with ladies fashion clothes!
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Talent for sales
