Responsibilities:
• Identify and address new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain client relationships at top executive level
• Responsibility for mentoring and managing staff on projects (workload, scope, deadlines)
• Provide performance feedback and training, and conduct performance reviews for subordinate colleagues
• Preparation and active participation at clients' seminars and presentations
Requirements:
• Completed university education, preferably with degree in economics
• Needs to have business acumen
• Minimum 5 years of experience with the Czech tax system and working experience in a similar position, i.e. as a tax advisor for an international or local tax advisory firm
• Must be hands-on with high level of energy, dynamism and professional skill
• Strong analytical problem solving skills and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, conducting and auditing work
• Highly detailed and driven with emphasis on accuracy, with the ability to see the broader picture
• Time management skills
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills for internal as well as external presentations
• Fluent in Czech and English, other languages are advantageous
• Tax Adviser qualification (member of Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic)
