TEST DEPARTMENT MANAGER (REF: WEDI)
Responsibilities:
Our client has a dynamic testing department spread across Prague, Plzeň and Liberec. You will lead this department and ensure smooth running of quality testing processes. You will establish quality standards across the team, and monitor and manage the team to ensure they reach these standards effectively. You will manage ongoing team processes in both manual and automated testing. Delegate team tasks, provide management and coaching. Manage the team capacity according to development requirements.
We require:
• Education from a technical field, ideally from a software development background
• Testing experience and team leadership experience
• Solid experience with automated and manual
• Unit and integration testing also an advantage for this role
• Active English
• Team spirit, team player
