Job description
- Defines requirements for multiple operations and ensures the implementation of new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed - Company requirements & customer expectations.
- Lead Human Resource development through appropriate training, development and succession planning Supervises and develops staff
- Responsible for exceeding customer metrics (cost, quality, and responsiveness)
- Support Customs, Legal and Transportation Solutions
- Develop and achieve Budget and Operating Income Goals
- Regularly reviews performance expectations with leadership team
- Providing expectations, performance planning, feedback, Training & Development and performance discussions
Desired profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- !!! 7-15 years of professional managerial experience (Education may substitute for years of experience)
- Experience with: financial management, HR technical skills, warehouse knowledge, strategic planning, customer relationships and business management
- English - Advanced (daily communication), Czech
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other requirements
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
- Interest in long-term career development through assignments
- Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques (how, when, who)
- Be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly
