In this job you will process purchase requests from abroad and entering into the system. You will also monitor the performance of contracts, urgency. In case of delays with the order you need to find alternative solution.
You will have everyday written and telephone communication with suppliers, mainly in German language.
To be the successful candidate you need to have at least B2 level of German knowledge and at least B1 level in English. You should be a good user of MS Office program. Previous administrative work experience is an advantage.
You should be punctual, responsible and proactive to be successful on this job.
