For our client, the international clinical research company, I am looking for IT Technician
IT Technician will be responsible for supporting end users across Europe. It does mean providing incidents analysis and resolution on day by day basis. Make sure, that incidents will be resolved. Provide incident reporting and co-ordinate incident priorities.
IT technician has to know how to set up and maintain networks, troubleshooting on VPN´s, Cisco router maintenance and VMWare troubleshooting. IT Technician is part of global IT team and will report to IT Director in abroad.
Requirements
Experience at similar position min. 3 years
Education: University or relevant job experience
Experience in a support role in international environment is advantage
Fluent English
Knowledge of administration and troubleshooting of networks tools
Knowledge of VMWare
Cisco router maintenance and repair
SW applications support
HW maintenance and repair
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communications skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
