For our client, international cloud computing company, I am looking for a suitable candidate at the position JUNIOR SERVICE ENGINEER.
This position represents big opportunity for young and perspective talents, who want to work in international environment, build professional carrier and want to improve technical knowledge and skills. This vacancy is part of a structured program that combines intensive training and on-the-job mentored experience. This intensive role based-training includes an introduction to the storage industry, best practices and methodologies and company’s way of doing business. Training includes hands-on work with company’s products and platforms, operating systems and storage infrastructure tools.
You will be responsible for:
Participate in the installation and servicing of HW and SW under the guidance of assigned mentor
Learn the basics of an install cycle
Performance of pro-active maintenance according to established procedures
Adhere to proper escalation procedures
Learn and adhere to the keys to success
Assurance of complete customer satisfaction at the assigned accounts
Requirements:
Completed University Degree in IT area
Fluent English and fluent Czech or Slovak language
Great overview about IT world and news focused on cloud and big data
Knowledge about HW and SW
Experience in technical IT jobs max. two years
Ready to travel in Czech Republic
Communication skills
Hard working
Valid driver’s license
