You will have responsibility for performing troubleshooting activities, grading problems to responsible parties and assisting in solution reports to the customer, meaning complete processing of problem solutions, including management of third party suppliers and collaboration on Problem Isolation and Solution Creation development plans. Possession of strong technical and interpersonal skills is required as well.
As a successful candidate you should have a BA in Computer Science or equivalent with preferably a UNIX and Database Administration experience. You must be opened to working in shifts. Fluent English is required as well as French or Russian or German or Polish on advanced level. Previous experience on International Technical Support position of International Technical Support is a big advantage.
