Currently we are looking for an experienced Team Leader / senior recruitment professional / to join and lead one of our successful teams in Prague. Reporting directly to our Country Manager you will be responsible for the complete delivery of the recruitment service to our key clients across the Czech Republic.
You will run your own recruitment projects, lead a team of recruiters, focus on their development and achievement of established targets.
Ideally you will have 3 years experience as a Senior Consultant / Team Leader / Manager within the recruitment industry.
This position demands high standards of yourself and others. Most of all we want to see an energetic, positive and enthusiastic attitude which will inspire others.
You are expected to focus on team performance, strategic grow of the business and customer satisfaction.
You will need to have a successful recruitment track record and "can-do" approach focused on solutions, results and willing to go extra mile.
