Responsibilities:
As a SAP SRM/MM Senior Application Support Specialist, you will work within our client’s international SAP Solutions Centre. You can expect to support the client’s Global eProcurement Tool, using your deep knowledge of SAP SRM and/or SAP MM. You will resolve incidents and standard change requests, related to the Global Purchasing Tool and make the changes according to business requirements.
It’s important to evaluate problems and change requests, providing advice to stakeholders on requirements, and resolving problems quickly and effectively. You will need to ensure that the incidents and standard changes are resolved within the target times dictated by SLAs. Also, you will need to updates service calls, problems and change tickets with relevant information and status notifications.
We require:
• University education from a technical or IT background is strongly preferred here
• +3 years of SAP SRM and/or MM experience is important for this role
• Basic overview of SAP FI / CO processes is desirable
• Strong technical knowledge
• Basic ABAP knowledge would be an advantage for this role
• You should have experience working within a support environment
• Work experience within an international environment is also an advantage
• We are looking for a team orientated individual
• Advanced English - written and spoken - these are essential for the position
